Falmouth Artists Guild Highlights

ART FROM NATURE CAMP

It is not too soon to plan summer art activities for your children or grandchildren.  Monica Bleiler will teach children how they can produce a variety of art all from the bounty of Mother Nature’s creations to include such things as a village for fairies, gnomes, and elves, making fairy wands, walking sticks, wind chimes, names plates, stone sculptures, and collages… all using natural items collected from the woods or beach.

Saturday, May 19, 2:00pm
Deborah Forman will talk about the Provincetown Art Colony.

$20 admission

Deborah Forman is the author of the two-volume Perspectives on the Provincetown Art Colony published in June, 2011, which immediately became recognized as the "most comprehensive review of the art colony to date."  Ms. Forman has been a part of the Provincetown culture for over 30 years.  She will discuss her first-hand stories of the many artists and writers who become part of the Provincetown Art Colony.
