The gift of art and much more! The Holiday Shop fills the gallery with gifts galore for all budgets. It's worth finding our location behind Main Street, in the lower level. Come visit us at our Holiday Open House, Sunday December 7th during the Falmouth Christmas Parade. See you there!

Below is the information needed for Artists and Artisans who would like to submit their artwork and gifts to the Holiday Market:

Location: In the Guild’s gallery at 311 Rear Main Street.
Dates: December 2 – December 21, including weekends 12-4pm
Receiving: By November 20, 2008
Pick-up: December 21 or after January 6, 2008
Fees: None. See commissions.

Eligibility: Re: Original Framed Art on Gallery Walls
Only framed original artwork, ready to hang, no larger than 12” x 16” will be displayed. Each artist may submit up to four pieces, and add artwork as it is sold. Only members may display original artwork on the gallery walls. We need artist volunteers to staff the Holiday Market on weekends. Small sculpture welcome.
Re: Gifts in Gallery
Unframed and matted prints of artwork are allowed, protected in a plastic sleeve, displayed in a bin – please provide your own bin. Space may limit the prints displayed. Expect to provide your own display case for jewelry and clothing items. Membership is not required. We need artisan volunteers to staff the Holiday Market on weekends.

Commissions: Re: Original Artwork
30% to Guild and 70% to artist, the current rate for members’ artwork.
Re: Gifts
40% to the Guild and 60% to the artist, a typical retail rate.

Weekends: Must be staffed by two artisans/artists each Saturday and Sunday, from 12pm – 4pm. We need your help on the weekends to man the store gallery, and accept payments. Please!

Best Bet: Give us a call at 508-540-3304 and talk to Judy or Jill so we can figure out together what works for you! The Holiday Market committee reserves the right to determine if items are appropriate for the market.
