This is a 2 day Workshop in watercolor or acrylic for intermediate and advanced Painters.
This workshop is all about color and value and how to use it to create your landscapes with more atmosphere and depth. We will do color mixing exercises to help students discover new greens. We will also study the value of different greens, yellows, blues, etc, and learn which are warm and cool, intense or dull, as well as where to use them. Students will learn to interpret value studies from looking at color landscape photos. Material list available at the Guild. Mediums include Watercolor, gouache, acrylic or water based oil - lots of options.
